Settings - Cron job

Cron job settings are available in Setup -> Settings -> Cron job.

Use Setup -> Settings -> Cron job -> Invoice to indicate:

•          Whether to send invoice overdue reminder;
•          When to send and re-send reminder;
•          Create new invoice from recurring invoice;
•          Auto send renewed invoice;
•          Hour of day to perform automatic operations.

Use Setup -> Settings -> Cron job -> Pre invoices to set sending expiration reminder.

Use Setup -> Settings -> Cron job -> Opportunities to set sending expiration reminder.

Use Setup -> Settings -> Cron job -> Expenses to set hour of day to perform automatic operations.

Use Setup -> Settings -> Cron job -> Contracts to set sending expiration reminders.

Use Setup -> Settings -> Cron job -> Tasks to set reminders and for how long to create repetitive task.

Use Setup -> Settings -> Cron job -> Tickets to set auto close for tickets.
